I purchased the Aztec Maya Inca blend at a downtown Minneapolis Farmer's Market a year ago and it had become my brother's (and the rest of us) favorite to throw on and in anything! I am getting him more mixes this Christmas and Lucius was so helpful and responsive to my question.

I keep coming back and ordering more! I love to cook and I particularly use the Aztec one for beef/pork and I rely on the Italian one when I make Italian dishes because it makes them SOOOOOO flavorful! If you make zuppa toscana this will make it stand out.

Best seasoning sold. Buy this if you want your steaks chicken pork to taste loke it do at a 4 star restaurant. This is what you need.

I'm so excited to review these rubs! You can tell the love that's put into making them. I think my favorite is the Italian and the all purpose seasoning Simplicity! I will purchase these products for now on!
