EXPERT BLENDS – First, my seasoned salt rubs are one of my most enduring products. The carefully selected blend of pink Himalayan salt, coconut sugar, spices and herbs create the perfect savory gourmet flavoring to a wide range of dishes.

INCREDIBLY VERSATILE – Secondly my seasoned salt rubs go well with all meats as well as eggs, veggie dishes, soups, sauces, starches and snacks. Shake down over roasted potatoes. Evenly shake over grilled, smoked, baked, broiled, fried meats. Add to any vegetables or incorporate into scrambled eggs. Shake it down into what ever it is you so desire!

FINE GRAIN: This Himalayan pink salt is slightly larger than standard table salt Fine Grain.

In addition, if I do use any sugar in my seasonings, I use Organic Coconut Sugar. It’s a wonderful unrefined alternative to traditional white or brown sugar, using sustainable sourced coconut palm nectar’s.

Golden Turmeric-Curry Cajun ($10)

 


INGREDIENTS: PINK HIMALAYAN SALT, OREGANO, BASIL, PARSLEY, THYME, BLACK PEPPER, RED CHILLI FLAKES, CAYANNE PEPPER, TURMERIC, CURRY, PAPRIKA, ONION AND GARLIC.

The mild spiciness of this seasoning is Great in seafood boils as it is like a southern specialty, on baked/deep fried/sautéed tilapia, catfish, Cod, shrimp, chicken, turkey and lamb. Add to almost any soups or vegetables to get a small kick and enhanced flavor. I personally use it a lot when I’m smoking my meats or seafoods.


Spicy Coco Palm Jerk ($10)




INGREDIENTS: PINK HIMALAYAN SALT, COCONUT SUGAR, CINNAMON, ALLSPICE, NUTMEG, CAYANNE, BLACK PEPPER, THYME, CURRY, RED CHILLI FLAKES, PAPRIKA, ONION AND GARLIC.

This jerk will make you jerk, super intense flavors and yet my spiciest flavor of all my seasonings so far. Great on chicken, seafoods especially any white fishes and as jerk burgers. I love dusting this on my chicken wings (cut into its parts) or cod fish and air frying this to its perfection.


Aztec Maya Inca (Latin) ($10)




INGREDIENTS: PINK HIMALAYAN SALT, COCONUT SUGAR, DEHYDRATED TOMATO, CHILLI ANCHO, RED CHILLI FLAKES, OREGANO, THYME, CUMIN, BLACK PEPPER, CINNAMON, CILANTRO, CAYANNE, PAPRIKA, ONION AND GARLIC.

I call this better than “Sazon or Adobo”, I use this on a lot of well known Spanish dishes. Any type of meat or fish tacos such as Pork carnitas, Beef barbacoa, Lengua (cows tounge), chicken or steak fajitas and enchiladas . Add it to Paella, Spanish rice, salsas, I even made grilled burgers with this awesome flavored seasoning.


Lemon Pepper Garlic Herb ($10)




INGREDIENTS: PINK HIMALAYAN SALT, COCONUT SUGAR, LEMON ZEST, CRYSTALLIZED LEMON (CITRIC ACID, LEMON OIL, LEMON JUICE, ASCORBIC ACID), MALTODEXTRIN, ONION, GARLIC, THYME, OREGANO, BASIL AND PARSLEY.

Now this is my most selling product yet because its so popular all around, wait to try this lemon pepper seasoning, you will be done with all these so called” lemon peppers” sold in stores!! You would of thought there was an actual whole lemon up in this bottle. Great on chicken and any fish or seafood dish period….

Now who comes out with a pineapple seasoning?? Me, Lucius Johnson-Bammmm.. Great for Asian dishes, grilled/baked Pork, chicken or fish. shake it on salads, pizzas, put it in chili. I had to make one without the heat below!!

OOOOOHHHHH MY, now this combo is one of my favorites. I use it on almost everything. I smoke/bake/fry a lot of meats with it, all meats- pork, lamb, beef, chicken, turkey, fish and seafood. Another salad additive, fried eggs, breakfast potatoes- any potatoes, shake it on a pizza and Italian cheese bread sticks, put it in marinara sauce, spaghetti, lasagna, its endless for me!!!
